Here’s an excerpt:

Well, my story is quite interesting. I started off young, when I was doing a lot of theatre. I caught the martial art bug aged nine and have trained in martial arts, tae kwon do, ninjutsu, capoeira and got into acrobatics.

While classes are on a break until January, you should continue to work on your stretching at home.  Stretching even 10-15 minutes a day will give you noticably improved flexibility almost immediately.  Stretching is vital for you kicks in capoeira as well as your stance and evasive moves (esquivas).  See you in the Roda!
